experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU and Italian statutory regulations, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar
days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you) physically take
possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by sending an explicit notice via email to
wwrehry@aurasonic.quest before the period expires.
2. Return Eligibility & Product Condition
Our store specializes in kitchenware and daily household goods (including ladles, cutting boards, food storage containers,
and kitchen utensils). Due to hygiene, safety, and health protection standards, the following conditions apply:
Original Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all labels, tags, and protective wrapping.
Hygiene Notice: For food storage containers and kitchen utensils, items that show signs of food contact, washing, or
modification cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene regulations unless defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email wwrehry@aurasonic.quest with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Our customer support team will review your request and issue return instructions along with the designated return
warehouse address in Italy.
Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit. Please do not send your purchase back without
contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns / Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying all direct shipping costs for returning
the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item or the wrong product, MM PACKAGING
ITALY SRL will cover the full return shipping charges or arrange a replacement.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and
informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Reimbursements will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 days of
receiving the returned goods.
Original Shipping Fees: Standard outgoing shipping fees paid at purchase will be refunded; expedited or premium
delivery surcharges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Goods Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item (e.g., cracked food containers or damaged cutting boards) is
damaged during transit or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at wwrehry@aurasonic.quest with
photos or videos showing the issue so we can quickly resolve it.
